AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A PRIVATELY FUNDED STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to create a privately funded student loan program that allows private parties to make loan payments on behalf of recent graduates while such graduates are in the process of obtaining employment.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist recent graduates in making student loan payments while they are seeking employment.
