AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELECTION OF PRESIDENT BY NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to mandate Connecticut representatives to the electoral college vote for the winner of the national popular vote.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the presidential candidate who receives the most votes is elected to be president.
