AN ACT CONCERNING SUNDAY SALES OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR AT RESTAURANTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 30-91 of the general statutes be amended to allow alcoholic liquor to be sold on premises operating under restaurant permits beginning at ten o'clock a.m.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow restaurants to begin serving alcoholic liquor on Sundays at the same time package stores may sell it.
