AN ACT ELIMINATING THE EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM FOR VIOLENT CRIMINALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the earned risk reduction credit program for any inmate sentenced for a violent crime.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the earned risk reduction credit program for any inmate sentenced for a violent crime.
