RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JAMES GILDEA OF DERBY TO BE A MEMBER OF THE CONNECTICUT COMMUTER RAIL COUNCIL.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of James Gildea of Derby to be a member of the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council, to serve a term ending July 31, 2021, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
