A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

relating to health.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 

     SECTION 1.  The purpose of this Act is to amend Act 164, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, to add additional funds to supplement operations at Kahuku Hospital.

     SECTION 2.  Act 164, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, is amended by amending section 3, item number E.  HEALTH, program appropriation number 9, to read as follows:

"9.   HTH211 - KAHUKU HOSPITAL

   OPERATING              HTH        1,500,000A  [   1,500,000A]

                                                     2,060,000A"

     SECTION 3.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 4.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
