A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to veterans' facilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
(b) Any facility built utilizing state funds for the purpose of serving veterans shall not be subject to co-management.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
