adding

output
product”
means

which

intended
output
or
result
of
a

manufacturing,
or
production
process
that
is
sold

and
distributed
in
the
stream
of
commerce
for
consumption,

use,
or
further
processing
into
another
commodity
provided
the

product
is
managed
as
an
item
of
value
in
a
controlled
manner

and
is
not
managed
as
a
discarded
material.

subsection
23,
Code
2014,
is

amended
by
adding
the
following
new
paragraph:

product”
is

new
term
