VEHICLES

PARK
ROAD
SYSTEMS.
BE
IT
ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
Section
321I.10,
Code
2024,
is
amended
by
adding
the
following
new
subsection:
NEW
SUBSECTION
.
2A.
A
registered
all-terrain
vehicle
or
off-road
utility
vehicle
may
be
operated
on
state
park
road
systems,
and
may
be
operated
anywhere
within
the
boundaries
of
a
state
park
that
a
motor
vehicle
required
to
be
registered
under
chapter
321
is
authorized
to
operate.
