| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 277, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | ||||||
| 4 | 1, on page 4, by replacing line 3 through 6 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "(a) An offender who defaults in the payment of a fine or | ||||||
| 6 | any installment of that fine may be held in contempt and | ||||||
| 7 | imprisoned for nonpayment. The court may issue a summons for | ||||||
| 8 | his appearance or a warrant of arrest.".
