| 4 | Criminal Justice Information Authority"; and

| 5 | on page 3, line 17, after the period, by inserting "The | ||||||
| 6 | Illinois State Police and the Illinois Criminal Justice | ||||||
| 7 | Information Authority may publish and make publicly available | ||||||
| 8 | the information provided under subsection (b)."; and

| 9 | on page 3, line 18, after "its", by inserting "public"; and
