| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 88

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 88 on page 9, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:

| 4 | ""PFAS chemical" means a class of fluorinated organic | ||||||
| 5 | chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon | ||||||
| 6 | atom."; and

| 7 | on page 10, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following: | ||||||
| 8 | ""Textile" means any item made in whole or part from a | ||||||
| 9 | natural, manmade, or synthetic fiber, yarn, or fabric. | ||||||
| 10 | "Textile" includes, but is not limited to, leather, cotton, | ||||||
| 11 | silk, jute, hemp, wool, viscose, nylon, or polyester.".
