AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 653 as follows:
on page 1, line 8, by replacing "The" with "Subject to
appropriations, the"; and
on page 1, line 8, after "establish", by inserting "within its
operations"; and
on page 1, line 10, by deleting "or its contractors".
