1 AN ACT concerning safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Fireworks Regulation Act of Illinois is
5amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
6 (425 ILCS 30/25) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 125)
7 Sec. 25. Whoever fails to comply with or violates any of
8the the provisions of the Act shall be guilty of a petty
9offense, and whoever, after receiving written notice from the
10Office, or its authorized representative, directing compliance
11with specified provisions of the Act fails to comply with the
12provisions of the Act specified in said notice, shall be guilty
13of a Class A misdemeanor.
