AN ACT concerning transportation.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding | ||||
Section 2-127.5 as follows:

(625 ILCS 5/2-127.5 new) | ||||
Sec. 2-127.5. Literacy and English as a second language | ||||
classes. At Secretary of State Driver Service facilities, the | ||||
Secretary shall provide a pamphlet or post information | ||||
informing customers of the availability of literacy and English | ||||
as a second language classes. The Secretary may satisfy this | ||||
requirement by providing the Internet address of a | ||||
not-for-profit entity offering this information.
