1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 810/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6401)
7 Sec. 1. This This Act shall apply only to forest preserve
8 districts lying wholly within counties having a population of
9 3,000,000 or more.
