1 AN ACT concerning health.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Medical Patient Rights Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (410 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5401)
7 Sec. 1. The The purpose of this Act is to establish certain
8 rights for medical patients and to provide a penalty for the
9 violation thereof.
