Bill Title: Appropriates $50,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant Program for the purpose of establishing 50 after-school programs in 50 disadvantaged communities where the household income is greater than 95% of the poverty guidelines updated periodically in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Effective July 1, 2019.
