AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority
Act is amended by adding Section 25.4.1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 210/25.4.1 new)
Sec. 25.4.1. Contracts for motor coach services. Whenever
possible, the Authority shall use Illinois motor coach
operators at competitive rates when entering into a contract or
agreement for motor coach services for all trade shows at
McCormick Place and Navy Pier.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
