Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act. Makes a technical change in a Section defining "lobbyist".

1 AN ACT concerning government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1-110 as follows:
6 (5 ILCS 420/1-110) (from Ch. 127, par. 601-110)
7 Sec. 1-110. "Lobbyist" means any person required to be
8 registered under "An Act concerning lobbying and and providing
9 a penalty for violation thereof", approved July 10, 1957, as
10 amended.
