AN ACT concerning fish.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by
adding Section 10-150 as follows:
(515 ILCS 5/10-150 new)
Sec. 10-150. Fishing limits; private property. The limits
established in this Article on the number and size of fish a
person may take in a day do not apply to a person fishing in
waters wholly within his or her private property.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
