AN ACT concerning fish.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by | ||||
adding Section 10-150 as follows:

(515 ILCS 5/10-150 new) | ||||
Sec. 10-150. Fishing limits; private property. The limits | ||||
established in this Article on the number and size of fish a | ||||
person may take in a day do not apply to a person fishing in | ||||
waters wholly within his or her private property.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||
becoming law.
