| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Barbara A. Bush on | ||||||
| 4 | the occasion of being named President of the Illinois Bed and | ||||||
| 5 | Breakfast Association; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Barbara A. Bush joined the Illinois Bed and | ||||||
| 7 | Breakfast Association as an aspiring innkeeper in the late | ||||||
| 8 | 1990s; she became an active member of the association after | ||||||
| 9 | purchasing Kite Hill Vineyards Bed and Breakfast in Carbondale | ||||||
| 10 | in January of 2006; and

| 11 | WHEREAS, Barbara A. Bush has served as Treasurer of the | ||||||
| 12 | Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association for the past four years; | ||||||
| 13 | and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Barbara A. Bush serves as a model of hard work, | ||||||
| 15 | integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of | ||||||
| 16 | Illinois; therefore, be it

| 17 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 18 | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 19 | we congratulate Barbara A. Bush on the occasion of being named | ||||||
| 20 | President of the Illinois Bed and Breakfast Association and | ||||||
| 21 | wish her continued success and happiness in the future; and be | ||||||
