1 AN ACT concerning revenue.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5 Section 18-245 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 200/18-245)
7 Sec. 18-245. Rules. The The Department shall make and
8 promulgate reasonable rules relating to the administration of
9 the purposes and provisions of Sections 18-185 through 18-240
10 as may be necessary or appropriate.
