Amends the Historic Preservation Agency Act. Contains a provision creating the Historic Preservation Appeals Board within the Historic Preservation Agency.

AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Historic Preservation Agency Act is amended
by adding Section 34.1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 3405/34.1 new)
Sec. 34.1. Historic Preservation Appeals Board. The
Historic Preservation Appeals Board is created within the
Historic Preservation Agency. The Appeals Board shall consist
of the following members:
(1) Two representatives from the building trades.
(2) Two representatives from municipalities within a
county.
(4) Four members of the Board of Trustees of the
Historic Preservation Agency who shall serve ex-officio.
(5) One representative of the National Register of
Historic Places.
