1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Acupuncture Practice Act is amended by
5changing Section 20 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 2/20)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
8 Sec. 20. Exempt activities. This Act does not prohibit any
9person licensed in this State as a dentist or physician from
10engaging in the the practice for which he or she is licensed.
