| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Carol A. Wade of Cary, who passed away on | ||||||
| 4 | June 14, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Carol Wade was born on October 25, 1936 in La | ||||||
| 6 | Porte, Indiana; her parents were Harold and Stella Spears; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Carol Wade served our country as a member of the | ||||||
| 8 | United States Air Force; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Carol Wade was preceded in death by her parents; a | ||||||
| 10 | son, Robert Wade; and a brother, Harold Spears; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Carol Wade is survived by 4 children, Rhea Wade, | ||||||
| 12 | Kimberly (Robert) Evans, Michael (Cynthia) Wade, and Michelle | ||||||
| 13 | (Robert) Motz; 10 grandchildren, Sydney, McKenzie, Danielle, | ||||||
| 14 | Lisa, Matthew, Brandon, Tyler, Joshua, Jacob, and Cooper; 4 | ||||||
| 15 | siblings, John Spears, Shirley Parker, Betty Siefker and Robert | ||||||
| 16 | (Alice) Spears; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be | ||||||
