Bill Title: Amends the Senate Rules of the 103rd General Assembly. Adds Senate Rule 5-7, which would provide that, if a bill and all of its adopted amendments are collectively 200 or more single-sided pages in length when printed pursuant to Senate Rules, then the bill shall not be voted upon on Third Reading until the fourth session day after the date upon which the bill is either placed on the desks of all members or made available to all members electronically.
