2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Clarence R. Frisch Sr. of Bloomington, | ||||||
4 | who passed away on October 25, 2020; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch was born to Clarence A. and Esther | ||||||
6 | Ryan Frisch in Bloomington on September 10, 1936; he married | ||||||
7 | Janice M. Herrin in 1963; he served in the United States Army; | ||||||
8 | and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch enjoyed working outdoors and was a | ||||||
10 | Chicago Bears fan; he loved his children, grandchildren, and | ||||||
11 | great-grandchildren deeply; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch was preceded in death by his wife; | ||||||
13 | his son, Ricky Frisch; and his beloved pet, Yorky; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch is survived by two children, Tina | ||||||
15 | (Dan) Cottone and Clarence Frisch Jr.; his grandchildren, | ||||||
16 | Daniel (Amanda) Cottone, Samantha Dilley, Christopher Frisch, | ||||||
17 | Mellicent Frisch, Quinten Frisch, and Karyssa (Mady) Frisch; | ||||||
18 | and his four great-grandchildren, Sophia Dilley, Luciana | ||||||
19 | Cottone, Gabrielle Smith, and Benjamin Patterson; therefore, | ||||||
