SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
learn of the death of Clarence R. Frisch Sr. of Bloomington,
who passed away on October 25, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch was born to Clarence A. and Esther
Ryan Frisch in Bloomington on September 10, 1936; he married
Janice M. Herrin in 1963; he served in the United States Army;
and
WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch enjoyed working outdoors and was a
Chicago Bears fan; he loved his children, grandchildren, and
great-grandchildren deeply; and
WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch was preceded in death by his wife;
his son, Ricky Frisch; and his beloved pet, Yorky; and
WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch is survived by two children, Tina
(Dan) Cottone and Clarence Frisch Jr.; his grandchildren,
Daniel (Amanda) Cottone, Samantha Dilley, Christopher Frisch,
Mellicent Frisch, Quinten Frisch, and Karyssa (Mady) Frisch;
and his four great-grandchildren, Sophia Dilley, Luciana
Cottone, Gabrielle Smith, and Benjamin Patterson; therefore,

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
Clarence R. Frisch Sr. and extend our sincere condolences to
his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Clarence Frisch as an expression of
our deepest sympathy.
