| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Karl G. Ambroz, M.D.; and
| ||||||
| 4 | WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz was born on January 1, 1966 in | ||||||
| 5 | Elgin; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz graduated from Belvidere High | ||||||
| 7 | School, the University of Illinois, and the University of | ||||||
| 8 | Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz served as an emergency room doctor | ||||||
| 10 | at Presence Resurrection Medical Center, where he was | ||||||
| 11 | well-regarded by many residents and patients; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz was the devoted husband of Clare | ||||||
| 13 | Mitchell for 22 years; he was the incredible father of Ryan, | ||||||
| 14 | Sean, and Logan; the wonderful son of Karl and Marylee; and the | ||||||
| 15 | best friend and brother of Dr. Karla Ambroz; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 16 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 17 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 18 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Karl G. Ambroz, M.D.; | ||||||
| 19 | and be it further

| 1 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
