2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Jacqueline J. Skoff-Bishop of Elkhart, | ||||||
4 | Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop was born in Waukegan on | ||||||
6 | September 21, 1935 to Phillip and Tessie (nee Bespalec) Skoff; | ||||||
7 | and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop was preceded in death by | ||||||
9 | her parents and a brother, Dennis Skoff; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop is survived by her | ||||||
11 | daughter, Bernice Bishop; her granddaughter, Katherine Sinner; | ||||||
12 | her grandson, Jamie Zane; her 2 nieces, Cathy (Nelson) Skoff | ||||||
13 | and Stacey Skoff; her nephew, Tom Skoff; her sister-in-law, | ||||||
14 | Judy Skoff; her brother, Tom Huffaker; and her adopted | ||||||
15 | daughter, Patti Rhienheimer; therefore, be it

16 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
17 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
18 | Jacqueline J. Skoff-Bishop, and extend our sincere condolences | ||||||
19 | to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be | ||||||
20 | it further
