| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of David G. Penn of Bloomington, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on October 7, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, David Penn is survived by 2 children, Jeff (Cara) | ||||||
| 6 | Penn and Lacy (Zack) Fidler; 2 grandchildren; his parents, Paul | ||||||
| 7 | and June Penn; and 3 siblings, Don (Norma) Penn, John (Mary) | ||||||
| 8 | Penn, and Linda (Mark) Drane; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 10 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 11 | family and friends, mourn the passing of David G. Penn; and be | ||||||
| 12 | it further
