Bill Title: Shared mobility devices. Requires the vendor of a shared mobility device to: (1) assume liability for damages incurred in connection with the shared mobility device; (2) maintain liability insurance to cover damages; (3) make available to the public a toll free telephone number to reach the vendor; and (4) respond to contacts within 24 hours. Makes a violation of these provisions a class A misdemeanor.
