Bill Title: Court clerks and paralegals. Requires the clerk of the supreme court to create and maintain a registry of certain paralegals and court clerks. Requires a new clerk for the: (1) court of appeals; (2) superior courts; (3) circuit courts; and (4) city and town courts; to register with the clerk of the supreme court not later than 30 days after beginning employment.
