A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning natural and cultural resources
and to make an appropriation.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SECTION 1. [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013] (a) On July 1, 2013,
there is appropriated five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)
from the state general fund to the Civil War flags fund established
by IC 10-18-1-14 to be used by the Indiana war memorials
commission to restore and preserve Civil War flags.
