An Act relative to notification by the Department of Revenue.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of revenue is directed to provide written notice of a municipality’s placement on that department’s so called “watch list” to all city or town officials, including, but not limited to the mayor, councilors, selectmen, aldermen, finance committee members and all elected officials representing the community.
