An Act relative to the display of red and blue lights on motor
vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The sixth paragraph of section 7E of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:–
Such rules and regulations shall not permit the use of non flashing, rotating or oscillating blue lights and any use of non flashing, rotating or oscillating red lights shall be confined to the rear of vehicles.
