An Act relative to the renewal of motor vehicle licenses.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding in line 197 the following sentence: - The Registrar shall provide a renewal notice to operators at least 60 days prior to expiration.
