A bill to amend 2019 PA 39, entitled

"Administration of opioid antagonists act,"

(MCL 15.671 to 15.677) by adding section 103a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 103a. Subject to appropriation of sufficient funding, a local health department shall provide opioid antagonists to an agency that is a school district for purposes of this act.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4735 (request no. 02173'23 *).

(b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4736 (request no. 02914'23 *).

(c) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4734 (request no. 03377'23).
