"Of the statutes,"

 

by repealing section 3g (MCL 8.3g).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 3g of 1846 RS 1, MCL 8.3g, is

 

repealed.
