ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 132
AN ACT to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled “An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions,” by amending sections 12 and 48 (MCL 250.1012 and 250.1048), and by adding section 1085.
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Sec. 12. The portion of highway US-12 beginning at highway M-1 in the city of Detroit and extending west to Lake Michigan, excluding the portion of US-12 in Lenawee County beginning at highway M-52 and continuing west to Monagan Highway, shall be known as the “Pulaski Memorial Highway”.
Sec. 48. Highway US-12 in Wayne County extending west to the Michigan-Indiana state line in Berrien County, excluding the portion of US-12 in Lenawee County between M-52 and Monagan Highway, shall be known as the “Iron Brigade Memorial Highway”.
Sec. 1085. The portion of highway US-12
in Lenawee County beginning at highway M-52 and continuing west to Monagan
Highway shall be known as the “Trooper Rodger M. Adams Memorial Highway”.
This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
