ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 288

AN ACT to amend 2012 PA 615, entitled “An act to provide energy assistance for low-income households; and to prescribe certain powers and duties of certain state departments and agencies,” by repealing section 6 (MCL  400.1236), as amended by 2019 PA 87.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 6 of the Michigan energy assistance act, 2012 PA 615, MCL 400.1236, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
