1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [13D.065] USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA.
1.7The use of social media by members of a public body does not violate this chapter so
1.8long as the social media use is limited to exchanges with members of the general public.
1.9For purposes of this section, e-mail is not considered a type of social media.
