1.2relating to transportation; designating the Tim Nielsen Memorial Bridge;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7 Subd. 73. Tim Nielsen Memorial Bridge. The bridge over Seastade Creek near
1.8Mille Lacs Lake and west of Malmo on Route No. 157, signed as Trunk Highway 18 on
1.9the effective date of this section, is designated as "Tim Nielsen Memorial Bridge." Subject
1.10to section 161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable marking design to memorialize
1.11the bridge and shall erect the appropriate signs as close as practicable to the bridge.
