AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.509, to read as follows:

            227.509. The portion of highway 64/40 between mile markers 10.2 and 12.8 in St. Charles County shall be designated the "Darrell B. Roegner Memorial Highway." Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donations.
