AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.513, to read as follows:

            227.513. The portion of Interstate 70 from the Kansas/Missouri state line east to the Missouri/Illinois state line shall be designated the "Purple Heart Trail". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donation.
