AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE BRIDGE THAT SPANS THE COLDWATER RIVER ON MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 309 IN MARSHALL COUNTY AS THE CHARLES FOSTER MEMORIAL BRIDGE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The bridge which spans the Coldwater River on Mississippi Highway 309 in Marshall County shall be designated and shall be known as the "Charles Foster Memorial Bridge."

     (2)  The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs at each end of the bridge.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
