AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INCORPORATED, AND THE G.A. STOVER HEALTH CLINIC, P.A., FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE MEDICAL CARE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF TUNICA COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, may contribute during calendar year 2011, in its discretion, from any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to the Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Incorporated, and an amount not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to the G.A. Stover Health Clinic, P.A., solely for the purpose of improving and enhancing medical care in and for the residents of Tunica County, Mississippi.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
