        AN ACT to amend the highway law, in relation to the portion of the state
          highway  system known as the "Marine Corporal James J. Jackowski Memo-
          rial Highway"
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Section 344-e of the highway law, as added by chapter 370
     2  of the laws of 2016, is amended to read as follows:
     3    § 344-e. Portion of the state highway system to be designated  as  the
     4  "Marine  [Lance] Corporal James J. Jackowski Memorial Highway". All that
     5  portion of the state highway system constituting state route thirty-five
     6  in the town of Lewisboro, county of Westchester, beginning at the inter-
     7  section of state route thirty-five and state route one  hundred  twenty-
     8  four,  continuing in a generally easterly direction on state route thir-
     9  ty-five, and terminating at the intersection of state route  thirty-five
    10  and  Ridgefield  avenue,  shall  be  designated and known as the "Marine
    11  [Lance] Corporal James J. Jackowski Memorial Highway".
    12    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
