        AN ACT to repeal section 1 of a chapter of the laws of 2022 relating  to
          determining  whether  the  state  can  claim federal financial partic-
          ipation for coverage of and payment for certain  prescription  digital
          therapeutics,  as  proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 559 and A.
          3642, in relation to prescription digital therapeutics

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Section  1  of  a chapter of the laws of 2022 relating to
     2  determining whether the state can claim federal financial  participation
     3  for  coverage  of and payment for certain prescription digital therapeu-
     4  tics, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 559 and A.   3642,  is
     5  REPEALED.
     6    §  2.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
     7  manner as a chapter of the laws of 2022 relating to determining  whether
     8  the  state can claim federal financial participation for coverage of and
     9  payment for certain prescription digital therapeutics,  as  proposed  in
    10  legislative bills numbers S. 559 and A. 3642, takes effect.
