       AN  ACT  to  amend the labor law, in relation to administrative expenses
         for job retraining services
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Subdivision 3 of section 847 of the labor law, as amended
    2  by chapter 341 of the laws of 1990, is amended to read as follows:
    3    3. Not more than [twelve] FIFTEEN percent of the funds  [expended  by]
    4  ALLOCATED TO substate grantees pursuant to [paragraph] SUBDIVISION three
    5  of  section  eight  hundred  forty-eight of this article shall be [used]
    6  EXPENDED for administrative expenses.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
